TianggeLife
Offline sales, inventory, and utang tracking for sari-sari store owners.
Visit TianggeLife →The problem
Sari-sari store owners across the Philippines run their business out of a notebook — sales, stock, and utang (customer credit) tracked by hand, at a counter with patchy or no internet.
Who it's for
Sari-sari store owners and counter staff.
What it does
- Works fully offline — no internet connection or account required to start selling.
- Three-tap checkout for cash, GCash, or utang, with partial payments supported.
- Utang tracking that automatically keeps a running balance per customer.
- Barcode scanning (EAN-13, UPC, Code 128) for fast product lookup.
- Low-stock alerts and cost/price management.
- Full-screen QR code display for GCash payments.
- Sales analytics by day, week, or month.
How we designed it
- Built offline-first from day one, not bolted on later — a sari-sari store can't depend on a signal.
- Checkout is three taps, on purpose. A busy counter has no patience for a complicated POS.
- Utang is a first-class feature, not a workaround — it's how a lot of neighborhood trade actually works.
